  • Digital content: Delivered electronically upon payment. Once accessed, downloaded, or activated, digital products are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. Customers are responsible for having the necessary software/device to access digital files.

  • Subscriptions: Where applicable, fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate subscription services.

  • Digital products and subscription fees are non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or activated.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
